The office and room were neat, clean and inviting. There were limited outlets beside bed. The mattress was very firm which made for an uncomfortable sleep. The staff spoke quietly requiring constant need for asking for repeated answers. Getting a wakeup call was difficult. Doubt we will return.

Medical trip

Our stay was good. The area is a tad noisy from the highway but we slept very good and sound. There was not a coffee pot in the room. I did survive that however, I could have gone to the hospitality area and gotten a cup. The bathroom was clean and well equipped. The beds were clean and were comfy.

The bed was much too soft for me. Also some of the light switches had built in night lights which were extremely bright and could not be turned off. If I wanted that much light in the room at night I could just turn on a lamp. The night lights all need to be removed.
