Exquisite Service

Shalala is about the experience not the decor. The Manager, Takayama and His wife are exceptional hosts. Their service and attention to detail are heart warming. Be sure to sample the Japanese breakfast that is served with attention to presentation and taste. If you like artificial flowers and white French Provinical furnishings, this is the place for you. If not, just close your eyes and enjoy the flawless service. The location is 30-45 minutes from Naha so I suggest getting your International license from AAA before you leave and renting a car. Parking is plentiful and the highway is easy to navigate despite driving on the left.

Organise breakfast

Normally, we just wake up and pop out to the local convenience store for origini for breakfast. There are no nearby convenience stores - so buy breakfast from the hotel or bring in your own supplies the night before. The staff at the hotel are very good about giving a lift to the bus stop. The Monday morning we were there, the lady told us they would take us to catch the 9.40 bus not the 10.46 bus. She did not tell us why, even tho she had been chatting away in Japanese with my daughter. We did not want to ask/argue given that they were doing us a favour. If she had told us that it was a public holiday and bus timetables were different, our day out would have been a lot easier.

The owners or mangers of this property were the best. So accommodating. They made our stay memorable. Started each morning with Tea (or coffee) along with some sweets each morning served with a smile.

Centralized location

Spacious room and quiet environment. Exterior of hotel looks old and unappealing, however the gracious hospitality rendered by the friendly staff makes the difference. Staff speaks very/limited English but they do try their very best to understand you through Google translation and picture cards.

Everything is so comfortable, lovely settings, quiet and nice, no other words to describe the staff, meals, hotel comfort...so much attention given to guests and place is so clean. We'll definitely recommend it to our family and friends who intend to visit Uruma or nearby areas. Heading to coastal areas such as Tancha Bay from this point takes about 15-20 mins drive. Towards big outlet mall about 20mins or so.

Good hotel centrally located

Hotel is centrally located in a quiet suburb in Okinawa City. Fantastic launching point for self drive vacation. Better than hotels located in Naha. Staff are fantastically friendly and helpfull. Speaks English. Home cook breakfast is a pleasant treat. Highly recommended for self drive holiday in Okinawa.

完全に元ラブホです。 なので、お風呂が広くてマンゴー入浴剤も付いていてとても好感！、トイレも綺麗でした。 近くのタイヨーゴルフクラブに用事（カジノスロット）が有ったので利用しました。
