The front desk staff was very helpful, kind, and friendly throughout my stay. The lobby was very clean and organized. My room was very clean, comfortable in every way, and well organized.

This property was so beautiful outside and very spacious inside. Very clean and quiet. We will definitely stay there again.

Too expensive for the condition.

This hotel was just barely adequate. Rundown. Small roach running around in bathroom. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Beds were fairly comfortable but not great. For $79/nt. I would have given it a much higher rating, but we were charged $175/nt. Ridiculous.

Dumpy property but kept up well enough. I could not get them to clean my room every day. Morning staff was hiding somewhere on my 3rd morning. No one to help me check out. Then some old lady in a housecoat walked through the lobby during breakfast so she could sit in her car parked in the drop off zone and smoke. She was gracious enough to take my key from me as I walked to my car. She should be fired. Rooms are small but sufficient. Not sure if there is an elevator. I was on the first floor by the stairs and ice maker. I could hear everyone getting ice. Parking was limited. Perhaps Air BNB would be better....

Clean, quiet room, jetted tub didn't work

The hotel was very quiet. The breakfast selection was quite nice. Kind of disappointing that the juice machine didn't work. Room was really clean didn't see any bugs. We got this room particularly for the breakfast and the jetted tub in our room. We enjoyed our stay, but were disappointed that the jetted tub didn't work. I told the front desk as we were checking out and she was so sweet. She stated that if would have informed them that they would've have send someone to fix it. It wasn't that much of a concern. Just wished we could've used it. The cleaning lady must've seen that it wasn't working when she cleaned it?? If we stay there again we would definitely check the tub before settling into the room.

We had to book this last minute and the front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. We had a pleasant stay despite having our room right underneath the stairs and next to the ice machine. It was a bit noisy at times but the room was pretty nice. We would stay here again.
