The shower was awesome. What would be nice is in the continental breakfast if you had food that was diabetic friendly.
This Hampton Inn was close to our events. There was plenty of parking space even when we came late at night, we had a nice comfy bed with warm, luxurious comforters. Woke up and had a good, hot breakfast ( great waffle maker) and spent a lot of time and reunite with old friends . Rooms were clean but carpets are old. Would be nice to have a bigger TV if one spends more time in the room. I am thinking of this smaller hotels as venues for reunions, cozy, affordable and close to the city for easier access. Thanks.
Nice hot breakfast and free hot coffee served 24/7. Used the fitness center, which had newer treadmills with entertainment centers attached, loved it! Clean towels were available in the fitness center, however, the water jug was empty. Business center had a printer that worked and a homepage pre-set to allow travelers to get to boarding pass links easily. Nice touch. My laptop wouldn't connect in my room, not sure if it was me or the system. Called the customer service and the gentleman had no idea how to help me, but was so friendly and funny, I didn't care. Maid service was exceptional. When I called for extra towels, they arrived to my room in less than 4 minutes. LOVED that they did't make me trek down to the front desk to get them. This is a very new Hampton Inn and the overall experience was a great one. I would definately stay there again when I visit my family in town. I was with a wedding block of rooms, and they even put a bottle of wine with chocolates in my room the second night. Even though I don't drink, I thought it was a nice touch and was appreciated.
Came down from New Jersey to go hunting in Okeechobee, Florida. The hotel and all included services made our trip extremely enjoyable. We were in a great location, enjoyed the continental breakfast, and had three great nights of sleep. A hotel as good as this one should have cost double what we paid. I look forward to staying there again and recommend this hotel to others!
We have compared and stayed at other Okeechobee hotels and this, by far, is the newest, most relaxing (quiet) hotel in the area. Their staff is outstanding (especially the women who tends to their breakfast bar - which is excellent). The pool was great and the rooms were very clean.
We were in town for family illness. Great and relaxing place to come to after being stressed.
