This property has no staff onsite. So you have no ability to leave luggage before check in or after checkout, so you have to use the lockers at the train station. Email on entry was confusing and required a call. I observed similar struggles with other guests. Checkin is all via keypad. Room was a nice size, had a kitchen, and sitting area (cushions were stained). Location to the train station was nice, but it is not bar any hot springs or other attractions.

I LOVE THIS HOTEL SO MUCH!! Will definitely book this hotel again when I visit Beppu in the future. The Interior design is amazing. That’s my dream house!!

Hard to find food near this property. This property is new and interior is well done. There is washing machine and small kitchen. Our room for 3 pax come with 3 double bed. Need 5 min walk to the nearest hourly parking space.

Great stay

Wonderful room with lots of space. Walking distance to many resturants (Beppu BOLD Kitchen was amazing ~ 3,000 Y a person) and convinece stores. Warning: there were only 2 parking spaces. there is a lot down the street.

家族で6人で宿泊しました。コンパクトな部屋でしたがダブルベッドが3つあり、トイレ風呂は別、洗面所にも扉があり、過ごしやすかったです。 10分ほど歩くと、飲食店が立ち並ぶ商店街もありました。

不快でした

同じ系列の宿泊地は、何度か利用したことがありましたが今回はとても最悪でした。まずチェックインの案内のメールが届いておらず入るのに苦労しました。、電話がつながったのでよかったですが、つながらなかったらホテルに入ることができずかなり困ったと思います。次にトイレが清掃されていませんでした。電気の中がとても汚かったです。トイレットペーパーも少なく、予備が近くに設置されてなかったのでかなり探しました。次にソファー前のテーブルの下ですが、前回宿泊者が飲み物をこぼした後の清掃ができておらず、床がベタベタでした。次に洗面台。歯磨きをしてる最中水が流れませんでした。おそらく詰まりかけてると思います。明らかに清掃業者の怠慢だと思われます。通常のホテルだとまずありえない。何度か利用したので安心していましたが、次回は必ず口コミを確認したいと思います。同じような投稿がいくつもありました。
