Casa de campo renovada, ideal para una pareja o familia pequeña.

Esta casa recientemente renovada tiene un maravilloso porche delantero para disfrutar de estar afuera y relajarse. Fue renovado en 2018 y se agregó un segundo dormitorio en 2019. Es una habitación de dos habitaciones (reina en el dormitorio principal y literas en la otra), NO proporcionamos sábanas, un baño, plano de planta abierto con sala de estar y cocina. La cocina es muy básica, si estás buscando cocinar comidas gourmet, este NO es el lugar para ti. Ocracoke tiene muchos restaurantes maravillosos. La ubicación está a poca distancia a pie del lago Silver y de las tiendas y restaurantes, y está a poca distancia del cementerio británico. La playa está a una milla del alquiler. Hay un Smart TV en el primer dormitorio y sala de estar con internet y cable. Necesitará su propia cuenta de Netflix, Hulu o Amazon, y para aquellos que no son expertos en tecnología, tenemos cable. No publicamos en Craigslist, así que si lo ves allí, no lo estamos alquilando. Solo pasamos por VRBO / Home Away.

We just wrapped up our third incredible stay at The Buccaneer cottage on Ocracoke, and it certainly won't be our last! This property has truly become our home away from home, consistently delivering everything we look for in a vacation rental.For our family of four (husband, wife, 17yo, 10yo), The Buccaneer is the perfect size. It offers ample space to relax and unwind without feeling too big or too small. When not eating out, it has a nice kitchen to start the day with a good breakfast and a charcoal grill for chicken and steaks for dinner! The location is unbeatable, putting us right where we want to be to enjoy all that Ocracoke has to offer! What truly sets The Buccaneer apart, though, are the hosts. They are incredibly friendly and provide great communication from booking to checkout, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. A huge bonus is the option to have a golf cart rental waiting upon arrival. This immediately gets our island adventures underway without any hassle.If you're looking for a fantastic Ocracoke getaway, we wholeheartedly recommend The Buccaneer!

A hidden gem on Ocracoke!

This is our second year in a row staying at The Buccaneer in Ocracoke. The property is perfect for me any my son, though there is just us two the property can comfortably house 4. The owners are an absolute delight and very accommodating. We will be back next year for sure! Thanks Russ, Ellen, and of course NOODLES!!!

We really enjoyed our time in Ocracoke. The Buccaneer was perfect for our family. Probably the only downside was the spotty internet at times. But, that was a minor thing. Overall--great place and a great vacation

Short Island trip

We are on an adventure to see all the lighthouses in NC and we stayed here for our wonderful visit to the Ocracocke Lighthouse and I can’t recommend it enough. If i was going back this is the place to stay, if i had a larger crowd there is an additional property that is kinda attached on in the back but you don’t see those people coming or going if it happens to be rented as well (because it was by a fisherman) and you don’t hear the people. Everything is close so I imagine during mid season maybe July or so you may be able to be hear a little more but the entire island was really quiet.

Great place to stay

This was a very nice cottage for my wife and I and our little dog. It's very clean and well kept and had everything that we needed for our stay in Ocracoke. There was a golf cart at the house that we rented from the owners and it got us where we wanted to go around town. We'll be staying here again.

Fantastic family vacation!

This cottage is perfect for our family of four. It has everything we need and is priced affordably. Central location, cheap golf cart rental, outdoor showers, and dog friendly are all great perks of this rental. We did not have any issues but the owners are very responsive and friendly so I'm confident they would take care of any problems if need be. Thanks for a great week, we look forward to returning soon!!
