Room had no view of the ocean. Disappointing for the price. Moderate pressure sales push before we could get our keys.
The hotel wasn’t full but they wouldn’t give us an ocean view room. Be ready to get hit with sale pitches. No restaurants but plenty nearby. Room needed some repair, but good overall. Bed was very comfortable. 7th floor sunset viewing room was amazing. A great deal for being right on the beach. Would stay again
This resort was perfectly located making access to downtown and the beaches a breeze. Plenty of great restaurants just blocks away and the pier/beach just across the street. Having parking included was a great perk as many charge daily fees for this, so it was an added bonus to have this included. Will definitely be staying here again if we are back in the area!
The suite was beautiful. The view of the ocean was even nicer. The only issue I had was I need water and all macjinces were out. It was 10 pm and after a long day already, i didn't want to have to walk blocks away to the stores. Will bring with me next time.

This resort is amazing. It's right on the beach. It's so clean and beautiful. For being so close to the ocean, you can't even tell as it relates to the smell or feel of the room. Nothing was sticky or mildewy. Everything was fresh and sanitized. The halls smelled clean. The views are gorgeous. You can't hear the train at all. The quiet hours are nice so you don't worry about people being too loud when you're trying to sleep. The staff is so friendly and kind. It's walking distance to such a great variety of restaurants and quick stops to eat. They offer chairs and umbrellas to rent for the beach. I can't say enough about how happy we were with our choice to stay here. Hands down we will return.
Our room faced the parking lot and train tracks. We were in a corner room and it always had a bad smell. One night like sewer and one night like pot. Other then hearing the train and the horrible smells, it is a close location to where we spent our weekend. You do need to make reservations for a 2 hour pool time.
Fantasy staff and beautiful facility with amazing views
The resort has an excellent location that you can’t beat and we love having a kitchen. However, our room wasn’t ready at the time of checkin. There was loud construction going on right next door that wasn’t stated on the website at booking. Many of the outlets in the unit didn’t work. There are way too few luggage carts and due to enough elevators and carts, it took us nearly 90 minutes to get our belongings to our car when leaving.
i enjoyed my stay, however, the train was super annoying at night time when im trying to sleep.
They tried repeatedly to get me to take a tour. Since my room overlooked the train tracks, I was unmotivated. the bathroom was clean but dates. Sinks too low, toilet too low, no grab bar by toilet or in shower.
Very clean. Loved the jacuzzi tub and balcony. Good price for the amenities.

Great location. Can walk to the beach, great restaurants and out on the pier that is right in front of the hotel. Train does go by frequently but got used to it. Hotel does provide earplugs if you need them.
