Family weekend

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place. It has everything that my family needed. We stayed in different places but for sure this place was one of the most clean. Also the owner provided all the supplies that we needed. I highly recommend it.

Close to Beach

Couldn't store any food in refrigerator or freezer due to a very strong fish odor. Luckily, we didn't do any cooking so the horrible fish smell wasn't a problem. Location was in a semi run down area. We would not stay there again.

Not what I had hoped for

I was looking for a quiet place to do some planning with my team. The overall layout and cleanliness of the house was as advertised and the beach is within walking distance. Unfortunately the host does not communicate through the VRBO app. None of my messages leading up to the trip, including the one sent at booking, were responded too. I had to track down an office number to notify the host that there was a constantly running toilet downstairs that cycled water every 25 seconds and a refrigerator that sounded like a 747 at takeoff in the kitchen. Long story short - they did nothing. I turned off the water to the toilet because the sound was driving us crazy and we didn’t use the refrigerator.

Very nice house. The pictures posted on VRBO is exactly how the property looked. Newly updated, clean and comfortable. Lots of amenities included. I brought my own night lights, but they already had some plugged in all around the house! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. Only thing I couldn't find was a sponge. We have 2 teenagers who don't like to share bathrooms, so the 2.5 bathroom was perfect for us. Check-in process was super easy and the management company was super responsive and communicative when we had questions or concerns. Cons: 1. Mattresses were a little on the stiff side, but not terrible. 2. The water pressure in the showers were awful. Especially, in the primary bathroom. It was a mere trickle and using both showers at the same time was out of the question because the hot water was scarce, and the fight for water pressure was not fun. After the first night, we all rushed to shower in the other bathroom so everyone would have hot water. 3. If you like to sleep in or sleep before midnight, this place isn't for you - well, maybe not on a busy holiday weekend. The ATV rental companies go back and forth early in the morning with their big trucks. Starting before 7 a.m. 4. ...and the campers zoom back and forth with their big trucks late into the night. Overall, great place to stay. Far away enough from crowds. Aside from the trucks, it's a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.
