A wonderful place to stay!

We had a great trip! We loved both the house and the community. My 4 year-old really loved the pool with the lazy river and the slides and it was so easy to walk right over there. Stacey was also very easy to communicate with.

Lovely rental!

Perfect house for our family of four. Bay Forest has so many amenities to take advantage of! The pools with a lazy river, gym, walking paths and marina for kayaking and paddle boarding. Bethany and the DE beaches are a short drive away. Stacey has been a gracious host and we are so happy we found this place.

Beautiful home and community!

Beautiful, incredibly clean home. Owner left thoughtful gifts and card for our stay. The community is beautifully designed with natural forests and ponds preserved throughout that attract wildlife such as deer, birds, frogs, lizards, crabs, and even jellyfish! Paths throughout the development were perfect for evening bike rides which our family loved. The pool with slides and lazy river were great for the kids, as well as the game room! We visited Bethany Beach with the community shuttle bus and Rehoboth Beach on our own. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Stacey's communication and information throughout the home was wonderful and very helpful to our stay!

Very picky!

They told us to start a load of laundry no problem but get charged anyways because they said there wasn’t a load of laundry! I know I should have took a picture before leaving and you can’t have any sand in the house whatsoever even though we kept everything in the garage. Stripped down in the garage and everything! Will not be staying here again! You can’t be that picky about NO sand can be in the house!

Wonderful Week

My husband and children (ages 9 and 12) had a relaxing and fun week at this well-appointed home. We enjoyed being so close to the pool and game room, and made the short walk at least once a day. My husband and son went fishing off the pier (also within walking distance) and my son was thrilled to catch his first flounder. The home was very clean and had lots of space for everyone, and the bed in the master suite was very comfortable (I usually have trouble sleeping when traveling, but I had no issues on this trip). There were lots of options for local dining, and it is an easy drive to Lewes, Rehoboth, or Dewey Beaches. Stacey was very responsive and easy to deal with, and we had no problems with our trip. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Choice!

We loved everything about our stay! The house is very well set up with everything you need, from cooking utensils to beach paraphernalia. You can see the life-guarded pool, game room, and playground from the patio at the back of the house, making them an easy walk. The house was immaculate. We used the four bikes daily to ride the trails that meander through the community. The rest of our family was staying in Lewes so we went up there to the beach rather than going into Bethany, but it would have been an easy 5-minute ride and on Friday through Monday you can ride the shuttle. We'd definitely stay there again and highly recommend it for others.

Summer 2023

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our summer vacation. The house was spacious, comfortable and clean. Bay Forest is a great community with awesome pools, amenities, walking paths and great views. We can’t wait to return next year!

Wonderful Stay, Perfect Place!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house is beautifully decorated, clean, and fully equipped. We very much appreciated that the property had beach chairs and bikes available for our use! The furniture throughout the property seemed new and was very comfortable. The view from the sunroom/backyard is beautiful and peaceful. We saw wildlife on a regular basis. The amenities at Bay Forest are second to none. Highly recommend, and we will be repeat guests!

Beautiful home!

My family of four had a great time at this lovely Bay Forest home! It feels way bigger in person than it looks in the photos. The back patio was lovely with a view of the pond. It is super close to the lazy river pool. We walked there every day. (Side note: you can only use pool noodles instead of inner tubes in the lazy river. The pool provides them.) Stacey was super responsive when we had a minor problem after checking in. The garage was stocked with bikes and beach chairs so we didn’t have to load our car to the brim. Having sheets and towels provided made it much easier to pack and less to unpack when we came home. I highly recommend this property!

Great Property!!!!

This home was absolutely perfect. Stacey and Kris made sure we had everything we needed, the property was very clean and well taken care of. Lots of linens (might need a few extra washcloths!). The walk out the back sliding door to the lazy river pool is super short and convenient! Stacey was easy to communicate with and the house was everything our family needed! The smart tvs were nice, we were able to log into our Netflix, hulu, and Disney+ accounts for the week. The view of the pond is stunning. The bikes were so nice to ride as a family in the evenings. Stacey even left us a little welcome gift and a handwritten note. We were so happy and loved all the memories made!
