Newly remodeled private studio apartment, only feet from dining, coffee shops, grocery, retail shops and a beautiful public park with tennis courts and a hiking trail. Only 4 miles from Joaquin Miller Park with beautiful redwoods hiking trails and 14 miles to San Francisco's Pier 23 or Golden Gate. Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon wine in the back yard surrounded by shade trees. Fully equipped with in unit washer and dryer, full kitchen and full bath with large shower. Ideal for 1-2 guests

Includes remote moveable bed frame (head and feet). 32" Television with local channels and internet. Studio is completely self contained but includes a common lounge area in the lobby and a shared back yard. This house has 4 apartments.

There is always street parking available. As in any city, never leave valuables in your car. Everything is in walking distance, including public transportation only 2 blocks away and BART trains only 2 miles. 1/4 mile from Hwy 580.

Weekend Getaway
Perfect space for a weekend getaway, has everything you need to make it a clean and comfortable stay. Walking distance to grocery stores, cafes, a bakery and pizzerias, ice cream spot and a library. Also walking distance to a park with a hiking trail and a creek. Bus stops nearby too. It was easy to get to SF for a concert in the city.
