You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located residence. The B house is located in North Oakland a half block from the Emeryville, home of Pixar Animation Studios, 3 mi from UC Berkeley, & 11 mi from SF. We are between .6-2.2 mi from 5 major hospitals, easy access to freeway, BART transit system & the SF Bay Bridge. An ideal home base for work, play and/or visiting family.

Design features are high ceilings, marble tile floors, & an private patio in back.

We are a short ten minute walk to a local gym, banks, restaurants, grocery store and even a card room if poker is your thing.

Emeryville has three major shopping centers all accessible within 2-10 minutes of driving.

We have two off-street parking spaces for guests. The driveway is shared with our neighbors, however parking spaces are clearly marked for guests.

Guest access
Key access the house via lock lock box on porch. Code will be given in separate check-in instructions.

Self-check-in. You can arrive at any time after the standard check-in time.

2 driveway spots and free street parking are available.

Other things to note
House has central heating /air. The Bay rarely is so hot that air conditioning is required but for those few days in summer, it's very nice to have.

There is a queen sofa bed in the den for a total of (4) queen size beds.

Pet Fee and Rules:
Our standard pet fee of $120 covers only 1 pet. Any extra pet would cost an additional $75/pet. The guest is liable for any damages caused by pets. The guest is responsible for cleaning animal droppings made by pets in the backyard, or anywhere on the property.

NOTE: If there would be damages incurred by them we will file a claim.

Early check-in/Late check-out request:
Standard check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

Early check-in / late check-out request is possible with a fee. Please send the early check-in request within 48 hours before your check-in time.

Additional note:
The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 8 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $25 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate is 10.

Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night.
