The host was so accommodating! One of the first nights I was there I had gotten in late and the water was frozen. I sent them a message and they had it fixed in less then 1 hour. They check in periodically to make sure things are to your satisfaction without being over bearing. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay again if needed.
