Great House!
We had a great time at Seain' is Believing! The house is spacious and beautiful and the location is wonderful. And such a gorgeous view! Being close to the beach and The Point was lots of fun. We enjoyed the covered dock and saw dolphins and rays several times. My son and father spent hours fishing and had a blast. The pool was lovely and there were even some floats and toys to use. The covered back deck off the kitchen was an awesome space with couches and and dining table. Without a ceiling fan, and being July, it was just too hot to use for us. During cooler parts of the year it would have been our favorite spot.
There were a few issues that were disappointing, but not horrible. The water faucet at the dock was broken; it would have made fishing easier and more enjoyable to have water accessibility. Also the pool light was broken, which made swimming in the evening less enjoyable. We were able to use the spotlights, but they were so bright it just wasn't as nice. Management was quick to respond and communicated well. Unfortunately though, both issues could not be repaired during our week.
Please note the elevator is not for guest use. That was a surprise and disappointment for us.
There was so much we loved about the house. But without the use of the elevator, I'm not sure we would rent it again.
