We loved this house! Fantastic location! House was super clean and comfy and the bungalow is adorable! We loved being able to bring our pup, and the beach access is an easy walk or a super quick golf cart ride (we rented one) at the end of the same road. Perfect family vacay. We will definitely be back!

Excellent trip to Oak Island. The house was comfortable, clean and near restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. The bungalow at the back of the house was great for our guests. We would highly recommend the house.

Great family stay

This house was perfect for our family and was very convenient to access the beach, grocery store and restaurants. The bungalow was a nice and private addition. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful Getaway

This house was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a place near the beach and downtown activities. The outdoor shower was awesome after a day at the beach and the screened porch was great to sit outside at night without bugs!!

Awesome vacay!

We have stayed in oak island for many years but I have to say this was one of the most enjoyable. The house and bungalow were absolutely perfect for our group. The location was close to everything on the island.

Great place to stay!

Attractive and comfortable property! Tastefully decorated, and a convenient 10 minute walk to the beach! The bungalow was a nice added touch. Our family had a wonderful time!

Our 2nd time staying here. We really love this house and bungalow. Perfect size for our group of 8 and 2 small dogs. Property mgr quick to respond to questions. Plenty of amenities and areas to enjoy a little solitude if desired.

Wonderful House and place to visit

We loved everything about this house for us. The bungalow was perfect for our married child and spouse to provide some privacy but still being closely involved in all our activities. Location in Oak Island is about perfect. Will be back if we can!!

Great home, would book again

We greatly enjoyed our little mini vacation at BB&T by the Sea. It's a well-maintained and beautiful home, decorated perfectly, and very comfortable furnishings. The iTrip team took good care of us and cleaned the home very nicely. Also, great location, convenient to shopping, food, and the beach. We've all decided we would stay here again. Thanks, y'all!

Perfect Beach Retreat

This home nestled in a beach community has everything needed for a special vacation retreat! It is tastefully decorated in soothing tones. The walk to the beach is quick and there are several neighborhood restaurants within walking distance as well. The screen porch is a lovely spot to read and relax and enjoy the outdoor space. Fantastic beach rental!

Beautiful house for a family gathering

The house is beautiful, clean, nicely furnished and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and with one King and three Queen beds was ideal for our family. The dining table was perfect for dinners in the house, play games and enjoy each others company. There were some minor maintenance issues.I would happily stay there again, and recommend this home to anyone with a group of adults. Super nice home.

Great place to stay on Oak Island

The house was great! We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and spending time together in the living room. The hosts were prompt when we had an issue with the guest room shower-couldn’t get it to work and of course it was something simple-pull down on the circle under the faucet. The bungalow was perfect for one of our guest to have her own space. We had everything we needed there for the week.

Great house- just a couple little things

Overall it was a wonderful stay at a beautiful home! The only things I would say would be that the king bed is hard as a rock, but the other beds are soft. We found lots of dog hair that could have been vacuumed/mopped away but other than that it’s a great house!

Convenient and comfy!

The location of this lovely home was one reason why we chose it. Inside the main home is spacious, with a beginning supply of essentials, games and puzzles, and indoor linens. The beach chairs in the outdoor closet, the under-the-house hammock, and the screened porch made outdoor activities easy. The neighborhood was quiet. The home is walking distance to shopping, restaurants, ice cream, and even the beach. The waterway and butterfly nature center were a short walk in the opposite direction. The bungalow provided a separate area for our young adult son and friend who could have their own space as well. Can’t say enough good things about it! The only negative was the primary bedroom mattress, which was very uncomfortable. But after spending hours on the beach and walking/biking around town, we still slept amazing. We’ll definitely try to rent this again next year!

Perfect location with the amenities of home

We had a great week on Oak Island making memories with our whole family. The kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances, pots, pans, and dishes for having big family meals. We enjoyed the convenience of a coffee pot and k cup coffee maker in the main house and a k cup coffee maker in the bungalow. There are lots of great locations to spread out on the property including the rocking chairs on the front porch, the hammock, and the screened in porch. The wifi was great for streaming on multiple devices, as we listened to music on the screened in porch, watched movies together in the spacious living room, and some of us worked remotely for the week. The bedrooms are well appointed, and the kids loved having a private hangout in the bungalow in the evenings, while we enjoyed using it during the day when we were working. The location was the best! We had a short walk to the beach and lots of local shops for sweet treats in the evenings. Both Publix, Food Lion, and a local seafood shop are super close for picking up last minute dinner ingredients.
