Marbella Lane was the property management company that looks after thes property. Having booked many times in VRBO, this was my first experience with them and it was bad from start to (early) finish!! They first required an extraordinary amount of info to even book the place - pics of ourselves holding ID, closeup pics of ID, closeup pics of our credits cards. Then their system failed to upload the images correctly so we had to text them all over again to a phone number. Then we arrived at the house to discover it had not been cleaned at all since the last guests had departed - leaving all the bed sheets dirty in piles, and dirty towels piled in bathroom etc. They then completely failed to answer phone calls or texts at checkin time (4pm) so we were left to find alternative accommodation last minute on Thanksgiving weekend. They finally responded to us the following day, at which point they offered a 10% reduction for the costs of the second night - which, needless to say, did not come to close to the level of compensation we needed for a truly messed up weekend. Rarely feel the urge to leave negative reviews, but I could not recommend these people less - they took a bad situation and made it completely unacceptable by not answering calls for help during normal business hours. If you want to deal with pain in the a** bookings and unreliable call center help then give it a go. We will be sticking to houses that have real local people to help if things go wrong - beware!!
