The bed and bedding was top quality and very comfortable. The room had nice amenities and was spacious. The breakfast had lots of good options. Our stay was well worth the price.

The bathroom light/fan was deafening. My room was so so and my daughters room was nice.

It was just a nice hotel...nothing special but nothing bad

staff and room were nice slept very good at end of day and liked having the refrigerator

The hotel was decent, good pictures online too. When we arrived at the hotel the person at the desk was nice and processed us right away. We then went to our room, with two children 5 and 2, who were asleep and we carried them in. We walked into our room and it was freezing!! I turned on the heat and it took awhile for it to warm up. I just couldn't understand why the room heater was turned off when it was about 40 degrees outside! Once our room warmed up things were better except that the heating system is a wall unit with a fairly loud fan and it is two feet from the person in bed so it was hard to sleep with such a noisy system. The next night I used the little electric heater built in to the wall and it was quiet though it doesn't put out much heat. I slept better since the noise was reduced. Breakfast was ok, nothing special typical motel continental breakfast. Other than what I complained about it was a nice room and it was clean. The shower head leaked too but I was still able to take a shower.

This is a nice, clean facility with decent amenities. Everything in the room worked as it should, the bed was comfy, decent TV selection and a good (and free) wifi connection. The breakfast food was good with a decent number of options. The staff was friendly and very helpful. My showing up 4 hrs late was handled very graciously. The rooms are a bit rustic but that is somewhat the motif. You don't get the latest euro look here, but you're not paying for it either which was exactly what I wanted

Comfy, nice hotel. Good location to see thing on whidbey.

I reserved on Orbitz. Basically $120 a night and the pictures of a standard double bed looked good for me and my Family. We arrived at 1pm and our room was not ready we had to wait till 3:30pm and got room 206. Upon entering the room it was smelly. The rugs were disgusting! I don't live like that so if I'm paying $120 a night I expect clean. What I saw in the pictures on Orbitz as well as Coachman's website was not what I got. This room was dirty and outdated. Yellow stained walls and just a cruddy room. I called to complain cause this was complete false advertising. I would have never reserved this room even for a dog. I spoke with WILMA, she got to work! Put us in a penthouse suite which by the way are the rooms they advertise. The penthouse was cleaner, nice and spacious and had a nice big balcony. It's basically an apartment with laundry room, full kitchen, 2 king beds, large bedrooms and 2 full private bathrooms. That was worth it and I am happy they did the right thing. Thank you Wilma for taking care of us. Because of you we will stay again but this time we will be sure to reserve a penthouse.

Staff was helpfull, room had no carpet just cold nasty tile, heater never turns off. Bed and couch sunk in, must of came over with the mayflower they really need to be replaced ! The price of over $ 100 per night , I expected more.

Restaurant right next door to hotel had extensive choices. Free breakfast had a good variety of food.

We had a pleasant stay. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but overall we had a pleasant experience

This hotel met our needs quite nicely and looks like one of the best offerings in Oak Harbor.

The staff at this motel went out of their way to give us special help, on three different occasions during just one overnight stay. They couldn't have been nicer. It's not the most luxurious motel, but it's a very nice accommodation and I highly recommend it because of the friendly staff.

Great value for the money. The hot free breakfast was a treat!

We were very comfortable at the Coachman and it was good value. Staff was friendly and it was very clean.

Very friendly staff. Beautiful room, convenient location....perfect!

I grew up in Oak Harbor and have driven past the coachman hundreds of times but never stayed there. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel has been around a long time but they have updated it to for the most part to make it seem newer. I got a kick out of the mocha colored toilet and bathtub.... I would recommend the Coachman to any but pretentious people....

I stayed at the hotel while visiting my son. I had caught a shuttle to Oak Harbor and needed to get a ride back to the pick up location. Without any issues one of the staff members took me in her personal car so I wouldn't miss my ride. The room was quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable. My only compliant, there was not enough pillows on the bed.
