We rented this place for our daughter’s 4th birthday because she wanted to camp, swim, kayak etc… our fave part was setting up the projector movie night and then she camped on the deck with dad. Away from the bugs and grass but still the experience of camping. Pac man was enjoyed by everyone. The hosts had excellent communication. House was great! Close to the river and springs, fire pit and more. Wish we could have stayed longer to hang around the hammocks and stuff but there’s so much to do we never got the chance! Lol thank you for the memories!

Royal spring trip

Overall house was great. Beautiful location on the Suwanee river. Right down road from Royal springs. We stayed in home for two nights, 6 kids and 4 adults. Very conformable house. Kitchen needs more (pots pans etc.)to accommodate making a meal there but we made due. Thanks for allowing us to stay in the great place. .

Mothers Day Trip

Quiet,Relaxing. Just what we needed after loosing our brother in March. View from the porch was awseme. Drank wine on the river every night. One night had a fire in the fire pit. My sister caught a fish. I went kayaking for the first time. House was clean. Beds comfortable. Foos ball table and pacmantook us back to our childhooddays. Strongly recommend!childhooddays.

Remote Stay

We had some survey workers working south of Mayo area and needed a safe, clean place to stay for a few weeks. This gave them the comforts of home rather than driving back and forth to Orlando each day. Much better than having them stay in a hotel week after week. Owner very responsive to all needs.

Everything we needed

Very comfortable, spacious and clean. Relaxing and fun for the whole family. Views are picturesque during the day. Host is very responsive. Drive to the house is adventurous with the dirt roads. Decking in need of small repairs, slippery when wet and icy. Front door lock took getting use to. Overall, 9 out of 10, definitely recommend

Wonderful!

We were able to have a quick getaway in between hurricanes! Place is exactly as described. Comfortable, clean, the spring is a walk away, the river is serene and they have an arcade machine there. I did not know I love the game Dig Dug!

Paradise on the Suwannee

Such a peaceful quiet place to get away to and relax. The camp site next door was a big bonus as it allowed our friends to visit and be literally next door. Highly recommended!

Suwanee River Getaway

We were in town for a couple of days and wanted to stay on the Suwanee river. This property provided great access to the river and was a peaceful setting in a country area. We traveled to Lake City both days which is a 40 minute drive but it was nice to stay here as opposed to a hotel by the highway. Our

Thanksgiving retreat

This property and location were a fabulous retreat for our family. There was wood for the fire pit, canoes and kayaks easily accessible and very close to many natural springs. View of the river from the kitchen window! Plenty of space in the house for indoor activities too. Plenty of space for 4 adults to be together or go off on their own. We were all very comfortable and we could easily stay there again. We have never stayed in this part of Florida before and we loved it! Lisa and Dave

This is a very spacious modular home in a beautiful setting on the Suwanee river. It is remote and private in rural Florida. Comfortable beds, good water pressure, fully equipped kitchen, good smart TV and wifi.The master bath shower is pretty small. There was a fun fire pit between the house and the river. Our host was very responsive and lived in the vicinity. She brought us fresh eggs. We got the impression we might be some of the first renters, and they were very welcoming of feedback. The property is close to a park with springs and river access, although we did not personally use the kayaks or canoes.
