Good location

The location was excellent for our trip, good position from Bahn, museum and mitte. Nice bar inside, bed was comfortable, room was clean. My only complaint was there’s no coffee in the room. Great bartenders!

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with helpful and friendly staff. Well located for lots of main transport links. Easy walk to the central station but lots of other options for transfers if preferred. Around a 15 minute easy stroll into the main city. No complaints!

Don't park in the garage - Otherwise very nice

The reception, friendliness, service of the hotel was extremely nice and Ms. Herrmann helped to retrieve the adapter I forgot. Unfortunately, the garage is extremely narrow for modern cars, especially the exit. This meant, the car I drove, got damaged. As there is not sufficient parking space around the hotel due to the location, I was forced to park there. It would be great if there was a renovation of the garage in the making. Other than that, it was a very good stay.

One night in Nuremberg

I like the decor of motel one and the beds are always comfy. This one didn't disappoint. I liked the fact that the sink was not in the bathroom, it would be more convenient for two sharing a room. Good lighting in the room and the bathroom. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Aldi is 100 metres down the road which was handy. I usually have breakfast but the choices seemed limited for the price. Arrival was a bit awkward as the sat nav brought me to the side of the hotel, the wrong way on a one way street. I had planned to pay for parking facilities but this wasn't signposted and not clear where I had to go, but there is parking in the pavement further down the street and the receptionist confirmed that it was ok to leave the car there. Overal, service was great and room was comfy. I requested a quiet room on an upper floor in my booking and got one overlooking the inner courtyard which was great.

Ordered a taxi with receptionist mentioning name for departure well ahead - receptionist ordered but did not mention name so another hotel guest took the taxi - next taxi 20 mins away I risked missing appointment. My impression- receptionist did not learn from this. Location does not have a taxi booth so taxis need to stop on the main road - quite risky if you’re a party of several people who then need to enter / exit right by second lane traffic in full motion

Bare, basic hotel

The parking garage is a disaster. One has to move back and force a few times to get into ghe parking spot. Everything cost extra. No water, no coffee without pay. Room was fairly small, bed was ok. It was clean though. Basically I was disappointed.
