Manitoulin Waterfront Cottage for weekly and 2 week Rentals.
Older Cottage has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, hot water, Smart Tv with dvd's, fully furnished with most appliances and cutlery. There is a living room, dining room, kitchen, games room, and laundry room minus dryer.
There are 2 queen beds, 1 double bed, 2 single beds, and 1 double futon. Cottage sleeps 10.
Cottage has a dock and water has a shallow entry with sandy bottom that is great for kids. 4 kayaks, and 1 rowboat are included for usage with lifejackets also available. Firepit, outdoor chairs, BBQ and free parking are available for usage.
Renters must bring their own linens, towels, cloths, toilet paper, soaps, and personal items.
Check-in is Friday after 4 pm or Saturday anytime.
Check-out is no later than Friday before 12 pm, noon. Cottage is cleaned Fridays from 12 pm to 4 pm.
All garbage, recycling, and food must be removed from property by renters at the end of their stay.
Cottage is spacious and has a very relaxing environment with a great western view.

The cottage features a kitchen and space to spread out with 5 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Host is great.

Really liked the hosts (only talked via text) they are easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Enjoyed fishing, kayaking, touring the island.

Not worth your time and money

I dont usually give poor reviews but our family was very uncomfortable during our stay. The owners have put ZERO care into this property. Building is falling apart. Place reeks of mold and half of the windows are sealed shut! If it gets hot while you are here you WILL cook inside. Photos are several years old. The outside and inside do not look like this anymore. Please dont spend your hard earned vacation time here. Many better options at this price point.

Amazing Sunsets

We had a wonderful week at the cottage. Our 2 & 5 year olds loved the shallow water at the shore. There are plenty of different sized life jackets. The kayaks and canoe were a big hit. Unfortunately there is no deep water nearby for swimming. We had one issue which was dealt with quickly by the hosts.

Beautiful sunsets over water Fish, birds and animals a plenty Great for children to play endless hours in shallow shore Lots of boat choices as well Clean cottage with plenty of space. Lots of fun indoors and out.
