THE SPACE This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom private suite sleeps 2 with all the necessities to make living easy, leaving you to enjoy our beautiful city and all it has to offer.
The main living room boasts a beautiful fireplace, reading nook, and dining area, with views to your private garden patio for you to enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon happy hour or evening meal.
The kitchen is fully stocked and provides well for all our 'foodie' guests who prefer to cook at home on our 4 burner stove. Dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, glasses, coffee maker, toaster are available for your daily needs. Dine out on the garden patio or inside on the tulip dining table.
Relax and watch cable TV (basic cable package) or hook up to our WiFi for an evening in with your favorite movie or series on Netflix or Amazon Prime.
The main bedroom sleeps 2 on a Queen bed, with comfortable down duvet. An optional Queen size 15 inch deep air bed is available to be set up in the living room making for an airy and restful atmosphere.
The Bathroom is fully equipped with a regular sized bathtub / shower and lots of storage and large mirror.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Close to a main street with lots of restaurants. Easy access to transit. Only a short ride to Capilano suspension bridge. Property was very clean and kitchen and bathroom well stocked. Check in and out were easy.

Just the best place!
This suite was so outstanding that we'd move in permanently if it was available. Great location as well in North Vancouver with easy access to freeway and all of Lonsdale. The hosts were the perfect combination of attentive and non-invasive. We highly recommend it.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay
We enjoyed the property. It was very clean and well supplied with everything we needed for a great stay. Only challenge was parking--parallel parking backing up a steep slope took a while to master. A couple of times there was no parking space. We had to park further away and then move our car when a closer space became available. Very easy to access places on the north shore but more difficult to reach Vancouver and environs. Except for parking I would have given all 5 stars.

Cozy staycation
My partner and I enjoyed our staycation at Philip and Leah’s place. The gas fireplace was a nice addition on the rainy days and the fully stocked kitchen was great for cooking and staying in.
