Great for a Family Vacation

Enjoyable

Great location. Everything clean. Air conditioner doesn’t keep up but we contacted the owner and had a very fast response. Overall great stay.

Not a Bad place to stay!!

Can use a lot of updates!! Enough room for my Family! Beds were Comfortable! Great distance from the ocean! Lots of potential to be a great location! Had a few issues and they took care of it right away! All and all my family had a great time.

Great for college students or younger people

The only problem was that I thought the whole house was ours, there was no verification telling us that there were tenants living upstairs above us, also the front porch window was broken, and the door would not really shut either, so I was worried about leaving things in there overnight.

Wasn’t what it appeared to be online. No cups, no cookware, place was dirty

A lot of Things needed to be fixed and redone at this place. Was very disappointing.

July 4th week stay

The place was not bad cant complain for the price that we paid.. The A/C didnt work properly we noticed that at night it gets really hot inside like the A/C cant keep up with the set temperature.. They did send someone to check on it but we checked out that same day so we dont know after that if it was solved or not! But other than that its a decent place not terrible we werent even there much just to sleep soo its ok!.. The beach is walking distance, that was a good thing tho..

I bought these houses awhile ago for me and my family to stay at for the week of my wedding. I got a text saying I could check in I went to the main office and there was just a bag hanging on the door w the keys in it. Someoen could of easily taken it so that could of been arranged better. Once we arrive to the house there was broken glass all over the driveway. I walked in the downstairs apartment and it smelled musty and had mold in the bathroom. My little sister had gotten sick and has been in and out of the hospital so that wasn’t good for her. There was scratches and wholes in the wall in each house. So everyone had to squeeze into the top section the frame on the back door wasn’t even attached. Didn’t recieve mt full refund from the bottom house. Maintenance was okay but the guy who brought us 2 ac units in one floor was snobby and gave attitude and was not appreciated. I wouldn’t recommend buying these house
