It is close to everything, which made it convenient to get around. Extremely nice having multiple pools for the children and adults.

Everything was wornout. Older property, but location was good.

Great value. Proximity to restaurants and attractions. Great view.

It's a nice beach and the hotel tries to keep you engaged. The studios do not have balconies and that is not stated in the description. Not for people with out kids.

Nice to be on ocean, but just average after that. Kitchenette convenient as were local shopping facilities. Room was clean but dated. Same for overall condition of hotel. Wifi was horrible and often could not connect. Only major problem was door lock. Randomly worked and maintenance had to come twice to let us in. They finally replaced door lock unit. Several other rooms had same issue according to patrons we met. Booked room for 80 bucks. Not worth any more than that.

The hotel was in a great location and there were a lot of things to do around here. There was a little fair going on at the time that we enjoyed going to and eating at. Everything was great and we even had a full kitchen.

Had a very nice weekend. This hotel was in a great location. Rooms were bigger then I expected. Pool area was great! But even though they appeared to be updated they still need some help. Though they were clean there wasn't much lighting in main living area. Bathrooms definitely need additional make over/maintenance(ie cracks in the wall near tub from water damage, burns on counter from what looked like cigarettes even though we were in a non-smoking room). Would recommend but just as "ok" place to stay. Thought it was a bit pricey for what we got.

I love Myrtle Beach in the off season, I think I was 1 of 10 people staying there at the time. The only complain I had was when I checked out there was no one give me my bill. Other then that amazing thank you

Wonderful oceanfront experience. Very comfortable. Staff very friendly, room clean and nicely furnished.

This hotel was a great value, the room was very clean and a nice place to stay. The staff however need a little customer service traning maybe. I came in after taveling for 7 hours, and they looked at me like why is she here, they checked me in with very little comunnication. It would have been nice for them to ask how the trip was, something a little extra in the customer service area, anyway. I would recommend this hotel.

I was not expecting too much when I booked this condo for <$30/night. What I got was an older condo, right on the beach, clean room, dated furniture, good staff, in a good N. Myrtle Beach location. Best of all, the internet was great. While I might not book this if I was taking my family, for a golf outing it was perfect.

From the moment I got there, the staff helped me with every little ridiculous request I had. It was great. The spas were very nice and I loved that my room looked over the ocean at such a cheap rate! It was great for 6 nights. I will be returning to this hotel this summer without a doubt. As soon as I walked in my room, I called work back home and told them I was staying an extra night. So I called the office and they gave me a very cheap rate on an additional night on my already 5 night stay. So much to see and do in Myrtle Beach area. THANKS!

I need a place to stay for a business trip, this was near where I was working, easy access, and affordable. The room was quite large, with a small kitchenette, full sized frig, couch dinning table and a small TV. Due to the weather the outside pools were not open but the indoor pool was. The water was warm and the sauna water was cooler then I liked it. The gym had a universal and several cardio machines ..all and all very nice stay and I will use it again when my work takes me in that area.

Family of 4 (2 young kids) short vacation. Great for price, we would have liked something closer to Myrtle Beach (the center of everything). Liked that it had a separate room that we could put the kids in at night.

The room was a little outdated but the stay was nice. It is in a good location, staff was super nice. Only suggestion is that if you stay during peak season I would not stay on the first level because we were woke up every morning by foot traffic and it was off season so I can't imagine what peak season would be like. Also the room we stayed in was directly at the pool so I can imagine the noise we would hear during peak season.

I had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable with an amazing view. I would definitely re-visit and recommend.

pepper tree inn is a quit peaceful stay. it was a great location and the rooms are nice as well as the overview of the ocean. excellant stay when i was there.
