There was construction going on at the property, which I was unaware of when booking. Even at check in was not told about the construction on the building. It normally started at 7am and went until after 6pm. Glad they are updating things but a heads up would have been nice.

Found live centipede in the tub upon arrival & had no shampoo or soap in the bathroom. Why do I need to pay more $ to park my car there if I'm a paying customer to stay in your establishment?

Our room was great everything worked and no odor of smoke. Clean and spacious. Truly enjoyed our view. Extremely satisfied. Only thing there is construction going on . I can only imagine the finished look .

When we first arrived an employee was playing loud music right outside the rooms while they were emptying trash. The first room we were given hadn't been cleaned. The front desk very quickly gave me another room. That room had glitchy lights. They didn't work at first then the front desk sent maintenence and they worked until the next evening. We couldn't get the light over the table or the lamp by the couch to work for the rest of the night through the next morning when we checked out. Some of the furniture is worn and stained. Two of the pillowcases in one of the bedrooms were dirty and there was no soap in one of the bathrooms. Check out is at 10 which is too early I think. But what really got to me was the fact that housekeeping knocked on our door twice before 9am the day we were to leave. When I went to the door after the first knock no one was there. After the second knock someone called out housekeeping but again no one was there when I went to the door but then I heard someone shout out that they would come back later. It was very weird and unprofessional. The front desk and maintenence staff were all great but I won't be going back

The rooms smelled like they were soaked in bleach. We checked the room out and our key worked. We left to get fleet dinner and let the combat a bit. When we returned the keys would not work. We tried numerous times . We called the on call maintenance person and straight to voice mail. Front desk leaves at 8 pm. All our luggage and my cancer meds all locked in the room. Oh my god!!! 920 pm and cannot get in our room. Don’t stay here!!!

While the unit I stayed in was pretty clean the property itself was not. There was trash all Over the place, and everything was just dirty. It honestly looked like it hadn’t been power washed ever. The elevators smelled like garbage and urine and so much dirt and dust! I would stay at the unit again if it was in a totally different building.

The A/C did not not work in our room. Had to leave the balcony door open to keep the room cool. The door lock was also malfunctioning on our room and we had to scan our room access card just to shut the door when leaving our room. Overall, this property seem to be in poor mechanical condition. The rooms were fairly clean, but not in the best condition. Crumbling steps in from of the resort, random holes in the ceiling over common breezeway to the rooms, cabinets that have water damage, etc...
