The location, yard, hot tub and pool were perfect for our April vacation group that included 11 people and three dogs. We enjoyed eating meals at the picnic tables and grilling in the back yard. While the common indoor area is small, it worked for us -- the table in the living room that seated 6 was a great spot for games. It was nice that every bedroom had a functioning TV given the living room furniture other that the table only seated a max of 5. A good enhancement would be to have a mirror in every bedroom - this would help free up the three bathrooms for a big group. Some challenges this time if year were that the large maple trees shedded lots of debris into the pool. We spent a lot of time cleaning it to be able to use it -- but it was worth it. We swam every day. The place was clean except that there were dirty plates mixed in with clean ones, and a towel rack in a bathroom was pulled off the wall and on the floor with plaster and paint chips when we arrived. Other than these items, the beds, floors, yard we clean and comfortable.
