The room we stayed (#14) had a bad smell, clearly coming from the carpet. The property is quite outdated, and it could improve the cleaning by a lot. The location is good and the environment around the lake is lovely.

The property itself was beautiful and only a 2 min drive to Batemans Bay to pick up something for dinner. Would definitely stay there again but wouldn’t get the breakfast included as it was a bit pricey for what was provided.

What I liked was the thick fluffy towels, a full pressure shower, thick firm pillows and a comfortable bed. I also loved the beautiful well cared for gardens. Its also nice to be greeted by a friendly host on arrival. Next time we will make time for the restaurant.

Very friendly and easy check in. Nice comfy room, but basic room facilities. The main downfall is not having any sound deadening between adjoining rooms as we could easily hear the conversations and snoring from the neighbouring room.

We got locked out from our room, staff had to break the lock to access our stuff and had to move in another one. Also breakfast was not up to standard, we did only 1 morning rest we cancelled and no refund received from neither property nor last minute. No heating facility in second room in winter season.... Very unprofessional and unsatisfactory.
