Good place for large groups and if u want to cook.

5 mins by shuttle from central niseko. Shuttle buses are provided using a timetable. Chalets were beautiful and well maintained. Slightly more shuttle timings would be good. But we made do. Good for groups who like to cook.

This place is perfect for a group of 6. We enjoyed our stay at the chalet and had such an unforgettable time here. We had no problems getting in and out of the place as we rented a car. But they provide shuttle service so transport is not a problem.

Chalet that can fit 10.

Found a place that we could all stay. Three couples decided to rent a chalet instead of three hotel rooms and we not only saved money but the got a two story three bedroom chalet with a spare den and full kitchen. We had a wonderful time.

An awesome country resort with a bit of hick up.

The Chalets at Country Resort was exceeding my expectations in many ways. It is a luxurious country resort with all the conveniences -wireless internet, cable TV, nice huge/automated kitchen with great set of kitchen wares, washer/dryer, four bedrooms with tempur-pedic mattresses, spacious living room, etc. The resort was a part of the Country Resort a bit away Hirafu village downtown. All the above made me forgive the frustrations during a check-in process. Surprisingly, there was no sign or assistance whatsoever on-site. The sign and telephone provided onsite belongs to another property management company. We had to ask another resort for help, which he made a call and gave us instructions to contact one office at Hirafu village. That property management company, which provided a telephone number at the property, found out that we did not reserve the resort with them. They sent us to another place, which should had helped us in the first place. It turned out that the Chalets at Country Club is one of at least two companies running the properties management at the Country Resort for the property owners. The staff did apologize for the hassles. Please do not be mistaken, I still strongly recommend the resort. It is such a lovely luxurious country resort for friends and families. I believe that after my case, the Chalets at Country Club would come up with a better check-in system, which was the only flaw of my experience there.
