Discover the beauty of Niantic and Giants Neck Heights Beach from this superb 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home, that sleeps up to 8, all just a 15 minute walk to the sand in this beautiful home featuring AC, fully updated kitchen, family room, dining room overlooking deck, smart TV, 3 queen bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, one with a jetted tub, washer & dryer. Enjoy amenities like an outdoor shower, grill on deck with added table, chairs & umbrella. Beach chairs, blanket, and umbrella for your use on the beach included. Also a finished basement with a futon bed for extra space. Garage and driveway parking. Pass for beach parking access and turnaround is included, as well as access to tennis courts, basketball courts, children's playground which are only a 3 minute walk from the home. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.
