Lovely Home Close to Everything!

Beautiful property! We loved the front porch for morning coffee and evening beverages. Cleanliness was top notch (except for carpets....which could definitely use a steam clean). Close to the main drag and all the action but still quiet and private. We (3 gals celebrating an early mom's day) would definitely book again!

Another great NOTL stay!

Lovely (unfortunately short!) stay again in lovely NOTL, third time staying at this place as it is our favourite spot. Perfect location downtown to walk to restaurants, pubs and the theatre. Great host communication for booking and check-in, and once again no need to even contact them.Will stay again... if it's available!

Property was clean, comfortable and location is an easy walk to Queen street for shopping, eating and coffee! Also just a short drive to wineries! Enjoyed our stay at this comfortable home. Would stay here again! Would love to see the kitchen better appointed, wine glasses as an example, and I would recommend ear plugs for guests in the front bedroom.

4 nights in NOTL

Our family of 4 adults and 2 children loved everything about our stay at the Summerhill House. House was a perfect size for our family. The kitchen was very spacious, the bedrooms & bathrooms were perfect for us and we enjoyed having the game room and front porches. The location was great for touring town, visiting the many wineries and taking several drives to the Falls. We hope to return again soon.

Great Time!!

We came up to tour niagra falls and loved this house that was at niagra on the lake. Great location, restaurants, shopping,coffee and wineries were fantastic. Highly recommend staying with them.

This house is centrally located in the perfect spot in NOTL. Very short drive to several fantastic wineries and a very walkable town. Plentiful space throughout and the upper porch was perfect for day and night. Would stay again.

Wonderful Time we had

Summerhill was a perfect house, comfortable, close to everything. We loved sitting out on the upstair balcony people watching. We had perfect weather. Could walk to Shaw Festival Theater for shows and into shopping at the many stores within walking distance.

Perfect location in Niagara on the Lake

Our group of 4 stayed at the Summerville House in Niagara on the Lake. It was a great, centralized location allowing us to walk to almost any place we wanted to visit. We attended two different performances at the Shaw Festival, visited 3 wineries and enjoyed dining out in several restaurants without ever getting in the car. It was just a short drive to travel to Niagara Falls. The house was as pictured and we had plenty of room. Would definitely recommend this home!

Beautiful Home Close to Everything

We highly recommend this property. The home is spacious, clean and steps from the centre of town. Lots of restaurants and shops around the corner. The home itself offers indoor and outdoor spaces • comfortable bedrooms and everything you could want in a home away from home. We will be back!

Convenient!

We were thrilled to never need the car except for one day when we went out of the downtown area. Convenient to everything someone comes to NotL for and would likely stay again if in the area. We really loved relaxing on the balcony rain or shine while enjoying morning coffee and people/pup watching. Budapest Bakeshop, Cheese Secrets, Nina Gelateria and Greaves were some favorite stops. Just a heads up for light sleepers like me, bring earplugs if you don't travel with them. The backyard butts against the hotel so lots of car doors and a pub across the street so good weather means motorcycles closing them out.
