Welcome to your Ace Retreat in Niagara Falls. Enjoy this newly renovated house from top to bottom. This is the best central location in terms of proximity. The house is freshly renovated and maintained to an extremely high standard. Comfortable and cozy, the house is loaded with all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. Rooms are well appointed with all new beds and premium mattresses. All beds come with superior quality linens which will provide you a relaxed feel and a good nights sleep.

Stay connected with our complimentary Wi-Fi, stream videos and watch Netflix on our brand new 65 inch Sony OLED Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, all new dining ware and cooking utensils. There is ample parking and the driveway can fit upto 3 cars.

***All reservations are to be accompanied by one piece of government ID after the booking is confirmed and uploaded on the message thread using the attachment icon found to the left of the message thread. This needs to be done within 24 hrs of booking. If ID isn't received, guests won't receive check in instructions. All information is kept confidential and is used for verification purposes to ensure safety and security of our home.

It takes 20 min to walk to the falls, so great location. There is a Tim Horton's about 400m away, which is also convenient.The outside patio is very nice to relax on after a long day.The only thing to be aware of is I don't think there were any closets in the bedroom, but there are hooks on all the doors to hang clothes if needed.A great place overall!

Niagara Falls Birthday trip

We had an amazing stay. The house is nicely furnished and spotless, and had so many little extras. We really felt welcomed! Jas was an exceptional host who went the extra mile to make our stay as carefree as possible. There were decorations and treats for my birthday which was a pleasant surprise and very much appreciated. The location was great. It was close to activities but far enough away to escape some of the traffic and congestion. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

The house was very clean and provided all the comforts we needed and as listed. It was about a 20-25-min walk to the main attractions (Clifton Hill/Niagara). We had a nice, relaxing, comfortable stay. The house had everything we needed for our trip. Jas is a very responsive host. The house was super clean, beds were comfortable, showers were great and it had 2 nice roomy bathrooms. Plenty of room for 6 of us to sit and relax in the living room and eat together at the table. Lots of attention to detail with helpful/useful amenities and appliances, and the house was freshly updated, nicely decorated, and cozy inside with good air conditioning.

One small suggestion

Everything was great. House was very clean, host made sure we knew he was available if needed, within walking distance of Niagara Falls attractions. Only suggestion, and this is me nitpicking, a few table lamps in living room and bedrooms, would make it easier to sit and read without bright overhead light. But all said and done, still 5stars.
