Initially booked in for 2 nights but enjoyed the hotel so I extended by another 3nights, Excellent rooms,excellent shower,excellent beds and pillows and excellent breakfast price wise you canโ€™t really beat this hotel I expect to be returning to nha Trang sometime later this month and Iโ€™ll be looking to stay here again

You pay for what you get

When you enter fans are running so it feels cool, but when you head to your room hallways are left without air running, and rooms are not cooled down before arrival. I felt itchy from the pool, water looks murky not sure if it is cleaned out. As we had a family trip all our rooms were booked on different floors and we booked three rooms in total. My room I could not call out to other rooms and was told it doesn't work when clearly the phone was when tried and called from my parent's room to our room. When I showered first night water went from warm to lukewarm to cold not sure why, in the end the best part was the food for breakfast, I was disappointed with the gym, it's extremely small. I'm not sure how anyone can work out in such hot heat. We extended our stay in Nha Trang, but had to rebook with somewhere else. For the price pay a little more you are better off elsewhere if you plan to stay long. We stayed 2 nights in Ventana and another 2 at a different hotel, am so glad we did. The experience was totally different. Will only be back if for a quick stay. The place is convenient to go out for food, which is nice.

Great brand new hotel and in a great location. Its not in the heart of the beach nighclub section which means you can have some quiteness at night. The staff were very helpful and knew us by name. They greeted us everytime which was lovely. Spacious room and bathroom and very clean. The pool was amazing and stunning view. The kitchen closed at 9pm so if you wanted ice you could not get. The fridges also didnt keep the drinks cold. A little hard to find as its new and google maps didnt find the address properly. Overall it was a beautiful hotel and enjoyed our stay.

Superb hotel

This is a fantastic hotel with all the amenities, a great location, a lovely rooftop infinity pool with a magnificent view, and top-notch service. I had a big problem: I realized on arrival I had left a lot of money in various denominations, as well as credit, bank and other cards, in the room safe of my previous hotel in Danang. Ms. Thuy, the manager, was on top of it immediately, contacting the other hotel and arranging for an electronic transfer of the converted money, and the cards to be sent by courier. And she refused a monetary token of my appreciation, saying it is her job. All the staff was wonderfully welcoming, friendly and helpful. My room was very comfortable, the air con whisper quiet, lots of English and other western stations like CNN, BBC, France 2, DW, on the TV, blow dryer, hot water in the shower and bathtub. It is in the center of the beach area, a short walk to the beach, full of restaurants and convenience stores, yet very quiet inside. Breakfast is a great buffet with a good selection of Asian and western foods. My one minor disappointment is that, like all Vietnamese hotels and many others elsewhere, they have very full, plump pillows which I do not find comfortable as a side and stomach sleeper. I would definitely stay here again ad recommend to others.

Great location

The staff here is so kind and accomidating. Always helpful and smiling. Rooms are nice and clean. The only thing was gym. Really no working equipment. Sauna and pool were nice. Breakfast was average, but did the job. Excellent location. Can walk everywhere.
