Great location within walking distance of much of what you want to do in Newport. Some of the amenities shown in the photos didn't work, such as the left sink faucet and the main shower heads. The ACs are a bit undersized for the rooms so they run almost nonstop, coupled with banging coming from the unit above us made for a noisy night. Good parking and neighborhood.
