Awesome location and great space my wife, me and 3, 17 year olds. We had a great week snd would definitely stay again. 2 parking spots was a great bonus also!

Great location, easy walk to the pier. We have rented many homes over the years always on the boardwalk. This one was by far the cleanest and well stocked. We will definitely be coming back!

Very lovely property right on the beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Everything was modern and updated- bathrooms and kitchen. It was perfect for our long weekend.

This beach house was perfect for our family. We stayed here for 3 nights and being right on the sand was the highlight of the trip. Everything was clean and the property manager Phil was amazing. He accommodated both our early check in and late check out request and was very easy to communicate with. Hopefully we can be back next year!

Very nice property and excellent location!!! Walking distance to shopping and restaurants, never had to use our car!!! House was clean but would suggest that patio, patio table and chairs be cleaned up before guests arrive. Upon arrival I had to clean chairs, table and wash down patio. Overall, great stay for Spring Break.

This is a very cute house. Photos and descriptions are accurate. The house is clean and the immediate area is mostly quiet. Was nice to sit on the patio and watch the waves, surfers and even a few dolphins. Only thing to note is that the garage is a little tight when 2 vehicles are side by side. Would stay again.

The house was clean and the location is great! The property management was responsive and helpful. If you are there on Monday morning, be sure to move your car off the street for the street sweepers. They will give you a ticket!

If you want beach access and beautiful sunsets…this is the joint. A quick 5-10 min walk to all the restaurants, grocery, bars, shopping makes this a perfect location. We had a couple issues that were swiftly taken care of by the host, which was a great experience. The place is well stocked with kitchen needs. Only issue I would flag is the ice maker in the fridge is not working. There were ice trays so not a huge hassle. Didn’t need AC given the cool evening temps and nice cross breeze with windows opened. Definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Thought I was getting the entire house viewing all the pictures that was not the case. It was a shared upstairs and downstairs. Vrbo charged an exorbitant amount of money for their fees and then at the end got charged some fee for a tax for Newport Beach. Not sure what that is but not happy about it.

We had a lovely time. Responses to inquires were prompt. Location was great! Easy walk to grocery store, a park, and of course, the beach! Property was clean and fully stocked kitchen. No need to bring anything but food and spices. Bikes and boogie boards were available as well. We met the owners and they were kind and welcoming.

Nice location, but cleanliness and communication could have been better.

Properties floor wasn’t very clean and it definitely had a food smell. No AC, location was amazing and view was great, but with the price i expected it to be cleaner.

We would give this place 4.5 stars if we could. We stayed here a year ago and returned because we loved the house and the location. We parked our car in the garage and only drove it one day. We bring our bikes and walk or bike everywhere. The house is clean and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. Plenty of towels are provided. 1/2 star off due to some maintenance issues. The sliding screen door was gone as well as half the doors on the laundry closet. We couldn’t get the light and fan in the middle bedroom to work. If these are fixed, this place would be five stars.

Great place right on the beach! Our family loved spending time on the patio, relaxing and listening to the ocean. The only thing we felt was missing was a dining table for meals. Other than that, the place was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
