Check in was great with the communication-The rooms were very comfortable! The Kitchen had everything you could need. The location is literally on the water- WOW! Three great spots to enjoy the day, sunrise etc. It also has a garage parking spot and a carport spot! If you have a larger SUV it could be "tight" but it worked well for us! We would absolutely stay here again- it felt just like home!

Beautiful property directly on the beach. House was clean and very well maintained. Lots of beach toys available for the kids. Not a bad view anywhere in this home. Three levels with patio decks on all of them. We had an amazing family vacation this week and we’re already looking for future dates to come back! I would highly recommend this property!

Great place! 3 story, Very clean and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen. Cornhole game, 4-5 beach chairs & beach towels provided. We liked the privacy of not having the boardwalk in front of you. The 2 parking spots were a plus. We’ll definitely be booking this place again.

Spring Break relaxing

My family and a couple of friends enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room. Comfy couch and amazing views from all levels. We were able to relax and enjoy our time in Newport.

Fantastic beach getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was a great location especially if you had bikes and being right on the beach with no boardwalk in front of the house was amazing.

Loved the view, the 3 levels, the bed/bath ratio and the gourmet kitchen!! Perfect set up for a small extended family like we had. True master suite! Other bathrooms are in halls. Little extras like beach towels, beach chairs, starter kitchen spices, ice maker, wine glasses, and more, made it feel easy to stay and relax. Beds a bit soft and TP and bath towels lacking, but that is just so people know. Not a deal breaker. Thankful for carport as only the smallest car will fit in garage. Will stay again!

Amazing beach house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The house was beautiful inside and out and the location was perfect, off the boardwalk but close enough to bicycle to the pier easily. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us and the views were amazing.

Great location!

We got our family together for time on the beach, board games, and family time and this was the perfect place. The three ocean view decks are very nice to sit outside and enjoy the view. Really nice that it’s directly on the beach vs having a busy trafficked boardwalk in front of you.

A Great Property on the Beach

We really enjoyed this property. It was nice, clean and in a great location. The garage parking was too small for our Chevy Tahoe, but there was adequate parking on the street close by. Overall the property and experience was great.

Long Weekend at the Beach

The home is beautiful. The kitchen is supplied with all the essentials. The ocean view & sunsets are amazing. We enjoyed the patios and lounging in the living room. It was nice to walk from the patio right onto the beach. The location is perfect for a beach getaway. I look forward to staying here again.
