Would Stay Again!

The property was great! The check-in details were extremely thorough and very helpful. The location was great and about a block and a half from the beach entrance. The house was very clean and equipped with dish soap, laundry detergent, and shower toiletries which made it easy for our stay (especially with an infant!!).My only feedback would be that the fireplace wasn’t working for the first couple of days and was difficult to get fixed. We reached out about this issue through Vrbo messenger, but didn’t receive a response from the management company for over two days. Supposedly the management company doesn’t check Vrbo messages, only messages through their management company’s portal (which was somewhat annoying to download and use), but that was unknown to us as the guests. Had this been a more serious/emergent issue, it would have been more significant.Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

Location was perfect for us. Rented bikes early our first day there and never used our car, rode bikes everywhere. Great that beach chairs and boogie boards were available for use. Very cute space, nicely decorated. Would stay here again.

Property was very nice, well appointed, immaculately clean, unbelievable location.....close to beach, restaurants, shopping. Property manager was great, made our stay very enjoyable......we'll be back!

Great Location

Even though you are right by a road, it was a really quiet couple of nights! But you're close enough to everything. We walked for 3 minutes before we got to the sand. The place was clean and perfect for 2 people. We could have added a couple more people for the pull out bed without an issue. The only downside is I wish everything was done in the VRBO app. The communication, instructions, etc. I get so many emails that I missed the one with all of the info. Also I was a little confused on who I was supposed to communicate with throughout the trip. I think I was contacted by 3 different people through email and text. Overall, I'd definitely stay again.

Wonderful rental loud walkers above

The unit was very clean and up to date. Beautiful inside. No complaints other than a bit of a walk to the beach which wasn’t too bad but got nervous with the kids crossing Balboa Blvd. Several cars would not stop for our family. Made me nervous to let them alone. I would definitely recommend this rental but know, the people upstairs sound like a bunch of elephants walking overhead and this happened into the early hours (it was 4th of July so some leeway is allowed). It was annoying and while I would recommend this to you, I would not stay again because of the heavy feet. Made my mind go crazy.

Great spot in Newport Beach

We loved this property. It was so cute, homey, clean, and had everything we needed for a weekend visiting our daughter. We would love to come back in the warmer weather to enjiy using the beach chairs!

This place was excellent! The location was perfect, decor, A/C, washer/dryer, parking, kitchen, 2 bathrooms was exactly what we were looking for. We never heard the upstairs neighbors, parking was easy to maneuver and the place was decorated perfect! We will drefibiyejt be back!!!

Excellent location

We had an enjoyable time together as a family. The rental property was really good. Great amenities, but a little pricey. However, you couldn’t beat the location. We rented a house three doors down for this one. This rental property was under renovation at the time, but it did catch my eye when the renovation was happening. I also loved that there was a carport and we didn’t have to look for parking on the street. Overall, great rental property.

Definitely Worth a Repeat Visit

Loved beach nearby

My husband and I had a great stay here. The place is just as the pictures show, cute, well done quality and a block from the beach one way and inlet a block the other way. Only improvements would be hangers in the closet, conditioner and a fan to drown out some car noise . We found parking in the street easily or used the spot in back. The bed has an adjustable frame and we enjoyed walks along the boardwalk and down to each of the piers nearby. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful property with so many wonderful features.

We enjoyed our week at this beautiful condo. It has EVERYTHING and more. It’s amazingly clean and so beautiful. Kitchen was wonderful and well stocked. Bedroom was very comfortable and again has everything you need. There are two beautiful bathrooms which is a plus. Laundry and beach chairs. You are a short walk to the beach or bay. Parking is easy. There is a patio out front for grilling which is very nice. The place is gorgeous and extremely well decorated.
