Our room was extremely dirty. Dirty linens, bathroom and floors. Totally unacceptable to allow them to rent this room. We were traveling and needed sleep or we would have cancelled at check in. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Wonderful service and very friendly staff. Hotel should definitely check for bedbugs unfortunately so be wary when staying. Overall an okay stay.

Homeless shelter?

It smelled like homeless people had been living in the hotel room. The bathroom smelled like many people had urinated all over the walls. There was a stench so bad that I had to close the bathroom door. After urinating, I flushed.

The air conditioner did not work. The handle to turn on the shower was not screwed in so it was loose and continued to fall off. One of the lamps did not work. The wash rags and towels were all stained. Some of them a yellowish grey color. There is a ton of mold in the shower. Other than that, overall stay was not terrible. Quite of bit of road noise and with out a working air conditioner I could not drowned out the noise. Love having Waffle House in walking distance.
