We had a lot of trouble checking in at 5 pm. We waited several minutes apparently some of the cleaning crew had not shown up and rooms were not ready. Then we were given keys to a room and when we went there, someone was already in there. We then waited again for another room after which we were given one. Never once an apology or thanking us for our patience.

Trip protection is a scam

We were going to visit a friend that unfortunately fell ill the day we were coming in town to visit. We had purchased the travel Protection plan for additional cost. Tried to cancel the visit through app and was told that in order to cancel they have to contact the hotel. Was told cancellation was denied and we would be liable for charges. We still traveled 2 hours one way just to stay the night in a hot hotel room where the ac would not keep up.
