This sunny coastal condo offers a great getaway, but please note that daytime construction will occur on the property from mid-August through the fall season. To compensate for any daytime noise and workers on site during weekday hours, we have already applied a special, heavily discounted rate to your booking.

Located in the nicest complex in New Smyrna Beach, this brightly decorated unit with all of the best features of home is just a few steps to the beach!
King bed in master bedroom and queen in guest bedroom with a sleeper sofa in the living room for extra guests.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided.

Location is perfect. Beautiful spot on my favorite beach. Cate the manager was very prompt in responding to questions and the staff I met there were all super friendly and nice. Found my place to vacation in my favorite home away from home town.

We spent the long labor day weekend at this condo, and it was exactly as described! Right on the beach, great swimming pool, clubhouse to enjoy, and all the amenities that you could want and need! We would definitely love to return here!

Place was clean and well-stocked linens & towels! Great beach view from the small but spacious balcony. Host was responsive. Comfy space with 2 br/2 bath & sofa bed, dining area, washer/dryer, living room & kitchen. Ease of parking. Right on the beach.I chose to purchase drinking water because the tap water tasted highly chlorinated.

Everything with the property was fine. We were a bit disappointed that there wasn't direct access to the beach for our last day. The weather was another story. The view of the beach was not obstructed so we were able to see the angry waves due to the gale force winds.

Enjoyed our stay!!!

The view of the ocean and beach from the condo are beautiful! The pool, shuffleboard and ocean deck are pristine and very well kept. The condo is beautifully decorated, and the beds are very comfortable. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. are not provided, so be sure to bring your own along. The only thing that needs improving is the cookware. I like to cook while traveling and the cookware is very scratched and dented. We hated to leave and look forward to returning! Thank you!
