1) Be sure everything is turned off (besides AC and fans. Please keep them on) and windows are locked blinds are shut.
2) Wash and put away dishes. Empty dishwasher.
3) Clean the grill if you used it
4) Remove everything from the fridge.
5) Wipe down any stain/spoil on the stove, inside the oven and fridge.
6) Scoop up your pet’s poop in the yard.
7) Keep the thermostat temperature at 78 auto.
8) Pull garbage cans out by the mailbox.
9) Double check all the doors are locked.
10) If furniture is moved during your stay. Please move it back where you found it.
