We LOVED this condo! The check-in process was smooth, the host was super attentive, and the location was great. I loved the decor and charm of the brick walls and big windows. The beds were very comfy, and my family appreciated smart TVs in every room. We’d definitely stay here again!

Heavy, thick doors. Soft-close cabinetry. Cedar-infused air freshener. Soft, cozy beds. Pristine rooms. Fully stocked kitchen. Hot water galore. Soft drinks and water in fridge. Snacks on the counter. Convenient electronic locks. Beautiful tile. Granite countertops. Powerful ceiling fans. What a dreamy haven. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Look no further - amazing property.

This may be my favorite rental of all time. Immaculate. Comfortable. Spacious. Ease of access. Well equipped (they think of EVERYTHING!) highly recommend this property. There is some street noise periodically in the living room, but the bedrooms are free of noise and very comfortable. Perfect for convention guests.

New Orleans

Great place. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. Location was terrific. Lots of coffee bars and restaurants. The only unusual thing for me was that the bedrooms don't have windows. Windows are in the living room and kitchen. Next time I'm in New Orleans, I'd stay here again.

Convention

Had a meeting at the Morial convention center and this was a great spot for me and my coworker. Parking down the street was easily accessible. Walking distance to meetings and lots of great restaurants.

Great place - perfect for a fun time in NOLA!

The condo is beautiful and very clean. We had no issue getting in and out of it and felt very safe. It’s a terrific location for exploring New Orleans. We also very much appreciated the ability to use the luggage storage lockers before and after our stay. This place is great.

Cozy apartment short drive to attractions

Beautiful, clean and comfortable apartment close to main attractions, perfect for a trip with friends or family with older kids. Close to main adult attractions by car, canal street is walking distance, 2 blocks away from caesars palace, Jackson square and Natchez dock are about 5 min uber drive with no traffic during the week about 15-20 min with heavy traffic on weekends. Private overnight parking available two blocks away for a fee ranging from 25 to 35 usd a night, street parking available across street but very few spaces and hard to get. Did not try valet parking available from hotel next door but at least its available if willing to pay 45 usd. You can walk to small grocery store but we used delivery service instead. Walking around the area is safe but not very enticing especially at night. Main cons are you can hear upstairs neighbors walking around until late hours on weekends (but no crazy after hrs party noise... that is kept under control) and scarce parking. Otherwise, apartment is very well managed, it is very well equipped and host is super attentive, we loved staying here overall.

Outstanding Experience

This place is better than a regular hotel; the only thing missing was a front desk, which is a fine by me! We have a 1.5-year-old, and we chose this unit because the rooms don’t have windows, which is perfect for our son’s sleep. The rooms are also super quiet and the pack & play was already present per our request. The unit was spotless and very well-kept. In terms of communication with the management company, they were super quick and always available via text message. If you need to call, they’re there too. The only downside was that the water pressure was a bit weak, but it’s not a big deal. We’re already looking forward to staying here again!

Convention Stay

We stayed here for a convention at the New Orleans Ernest N. Memorial Convention Center and it was a quick 4min walk from the center. Everything was so easy to get to from there and the building was super quiet. The bedrooms both do not have windows in them which was great for a deep sleep. I would stay here again.

Love New Orleans!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. First, communication was great with the property manager even before we got to the property. They were very responsive and helpful. Second, the check in process was seamless. They texted us and that was it! Third, property was clean, new and well apportioned. Everything you need for your stay is there. Fourth, the location was perfect! I had a meeting and was close to the convention center but also close to the French Quarter. We were close enough to have fun but far enough from the noise and chaos. Fifth, checkout was a breeze. Will definitely stay here again and will definitely come back to NOLA!!!!

Better than advertised

What a fantastic stay. The place is nicer than the pictures. The host left plenty of supplies in the bathroom as well as coffee in the kitchen. The location was nice to get to the convention center as well as to the French Quarter. The host reached out before and during our stay, and was very polite and helpful.
