Fully restored 1920s home located one block from Schlitterbahn in Downtown New Braunfels. The Farmhaus is the perfect spot for your next family getaway. A two bedroom, one bathroom cozy cottage has everything you need to enjoy a weekend away.

The Farmhaus is ONE of TWO darling houses located on the property, which can be rented separately or together. The Farmhaus Loft is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom detached guest house (located over the garage) that can accommodate up to 3 guests.

Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds. The living space has a full sized sleeper sofa.

The back patio features a fire pit, gas grill, lounging furniture & an outdoor dining set.

The "garage" gameroom has ping pong, foosball, darts and bicycles for you to enjoy.

You will have access to the main house, the backyard & patio. The gameroom & laundry room are shared spaces with guests of the Farmhaus Loft and will be first come, first serve. .5 mile to Prince solms park/comal tube chute. 1 mile to downtown new braunfels. 6 min drive to Gruene hall
