Great location! Very spacious!

We loved our stay. The location is perfect for Schlitterbahn or floating the Comal. The kitchen was fully stocked. Towels were plentiful. We had plenty of room for everyone! The kids enjoyed the pool. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice place but sleeping is rough

Beautiful and spacious. Love the amenities that the property offers and in a great location. The management has you go to their office to check in so that is very inconvenient. The beds seem like they may be very old and over used. We could feel the springs in the mattresses. Made for some very rough nights. All in all the place is decorated very nicely. The fact that we were only given two trash bags was a bummer. Will sat here again if they get new mattresses.

Perfect for family weekend river floating

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Very clear terms of rental. I loved the layout of the condo. Clean. Nicely furnished and decorated. Bring extra laundry and dishwasher tabs. Very nice that a baby gate was in the closet for the stairs! Easy walk to Prince Solms park for floating with our own tubes (only $2 to enter at chute). Also great location to walk across the street to Garden Street bridge river entrance, for a short, relaxing river float. Enjoyed getting out at personal River exit, rather than the public river exit, that gets very chaotic and crowded. Nice pool and hot tub for the whole family. I would book here, again!

Girls week end on the river

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We picked the unit because of the location. We could walk across the street and enter the river and float around to our condo. The float that was supposed to take 40 minutes took 1 1/2 hrs to 2 hours instead of the 40 minutes that Camp Warneke listed, but that was due to the volume of people and the flow of the river. The unit was very nice and clean and restaurants were walking distance. It is advertised at sleeping 10. We had 7 and it was a little cramped. I wouldn’t suggest putting 10 in the unit. We nicely decorated and updated.

Everything was perfect, the only thing that needed addressing was the 2nd bathroom. The sink drained very very slowly. It would constantly fill up past the overflow drain. If the faucet was left on for any length of time it would definitely over ride the overflow drain and spill over. Just mentioning so to not cause water damage to the property. A simple fix!!
