"Worst hotel I've ever been to. We checked in, stayed about 15 minutes, and then left. The room was absolutely filthy, the hallway outside the room was likewise disgusting, and the condition of the building was horrible. There were multiple holes in the walls, exposed screws in the elevator, and the swimming pool was down for maintenance. An indoor pool was one of the main reasons we booked this property, and there was nothing in the listing for the hotel Indicating the pool was unusable. Another guest who was checking in at the same time as us said that she's stayed at the property a few times in the past and the pool is always "closed for maintenance." To his credit, the young man at the front desk was very professional, apologized, and offered to move us to another room. We didn't see that as a real option, though. We can deal with a building not being perfect; unclean is another matter altogether. There were maintenance issues and visibly dirty areas everywhere we went. We took photos of everything and the guy at the front desk took photos of our photos to show his manager. Fortunately, we were able to find a better option down the road. But since we booked through hotels.com they were unable to cancel the reservation on site. We fully expect a refund for the stay, though. "

"The hot water in the shower never worked and when we called the front desk they said just wait a little longer. . . We called 2 more times after and was told the same thing. They also lied and said that their were no other available rooms , yet online it said their were 6 left. "
