Very nice room, love having fireplace and deep tub. Would have reviewed higher except a few things: Most important is that we specifically wanted and booked for a sauna. Having access to a sauna in another hotel is not the same as having a sauna. It was a long walk in freezing temperatures outdoors to get to the next hotel. Free parking was available but crowded and uncertain of availability. Again not very convenient to unload luggage and rooms were spread out, lots of stairs and no real offer of valet or of carrying luggage. I am fortunate that my dear boyfriend was more than willing, but for couples wanting a very VIP experience, I felt the website could have been more clear about what was on site/available/offered. The room was generally cold. We appreciated that they came late to do the fireplace, but it didn't work and we had to wait til morning to start our own fire. We went though wood quickly and ended up paying 10 euro for more wood. You could easily spend 30 euro in a few days on wood keeping room warm. Room service is available if I recall, I think you can have breakfast in the room. My partner doesn't eat sushi so a little more variety of options on the sushi menu would be ideal as alternative. The pool was steamy, but was too cold to use. We got in for moments before leaving. Cool setting in the snow. Wished warm It was the staff kindness and attempts to make us comfortable as well as the beautifil room decor that made up for some disappointments.

Aza cave is one of the best luxurious 5 star hotel with all 5 star amenities with affordable price and given me a experience like home in goreme valley. My experience with this hotel is amazing and will never be forgotten. The staff here is very informative and knowledgeable about the town, from welcoming to good bye they all have taken very good care of me and yes treat of bubble tea was so amazing. Also TUNA helped me throughout my stay with right information and guided me about the town and what to explore and it was worth experiencing all the activities in town. Big thanks to aza cave staff and Tuna. I am glad I have chosen to stay in aza cave. Cappadocia is wonderful town with nice people.

It was a fantastic stay at Aza Cave Hotel. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-designed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my visit was perfect—they were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The location was also ideal it’s just a walking distance from the centre. We had a wonderful experience at Aza. The staff were so welcoming, our suite was very comfortable with a chic rustic feel and had all the amenities, and the grounds were stunning. Cappadocia is a jewel of Turkey, an utterly unique landscape on stone columns and cones. Many fine hotels there, and we selected a very good one: Aza Cave (Adult) Hotel. "Adult" only in that children are not allowed. Our rooms—bedroom, sitting room with a fire place, bathroom with a clawfoot bathroom, plus a patio—were spacious and perfectly situated to views of the stunning landscape. In the morning—whether permitting—hot air balloons could be seen from our window, and one got so close that it seemed it might land in front of us. The breakfast buffet with separate orders of omelettes, etc. is probably the most elaborate we have seen to date. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Rules require that a staff member setup and light the fireplace on request. Fatih did this every night for us and we appreciated his service.
