The Hocking River runs directly through the back yard of this property, The Hocking Valley Scenic railroad and Rocky Boot outlet are in the front of the house. Just a few steps away is the Hocking-Adena Bikepath. Old Mans Cave is located about 25 minutes from the property. Ohio University is 10 minutes away. The Historic Public square in Nelsonville is 2 short blocks away. Bring the family and enjoy a weekend fishing from the backyard or canoeing at the local Canoe Livery.
