Welcome to Golfer's Paradise. This lovingly maintained home is ideally located on the Lady's 8th tee of The Pines course of Lake Arrowhead and only minutes down the road from the world golf destination of Sand Valley! This home has 3 bedrooms 3 1/2 baths plus 3 full living spaces. The lower level includes a living area, pool table, wet bar and full fridge. Fully exposed to patio, and firepit. Wrap around deck outside includes an awning so you can enjoy no matter what the weather! Lower level includes two pull out couches and there is a pull out futon on the second floor as well.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a patio and 3.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a refrigerator, and an ironing board.
