Mr. Lee was very nice and helpful. Great location, walking distance from restaurants, boutiques and antique shops. The rooms were very clean and spacious.

We loved how close this B&B was to downtown, but it also felt quiet and had great parking. Lee is great at making you feel like family and offers great recommendations about what to do, see, or eat in Natchez! Lots of little details made this stay special and we had a lovely time.

This was our first experience with a bed and breakfast, and we were not disappointed! The owner was super nice and welcoming and made us feel right at home. The area is very quiet and everything you need is within walking distance. We will definitely be visiting again!

Can’t say enough good things about this beautiful property, a gem in the unsoiled little Southern of Natchez. Host and property manager were communicative and helpful throughout, with great recommendations and guidance. The property itself was jaw-droppingly gorgeous, full of museum quality art and artifacts (and a bookshelf with Dostoevsky, so you can’t go wrong there). My only regret is that my stay was so short, but I will definitely be back.

Great location in Natchez

The host was very informative and knowledgeable about the area. Very private and within walking distance to all places we wanted to experience since this was the balloon festival weekend. Room was very comfortable and cozy.

Lovely Bed & Breakfast

My daughter and I booked this room on whim after hurricane Ida hit us in south Louisiana. It was such a nice little getaway for some rest, relaxation, & A/C! The owner and manager of this Bed & Breakfast were so helpful. They checked on us multiple times. The breakfast was yummy. It was nice to have a good hot meal. The gentleman that served us both days was so kind and cheerful and always made sure we had enough to eat! Our room was roomy and cozy with a big bathroom! 10/10 would totally recommend!! My daughter (12) has made big plans to go back and I don’t disagree!

Even though it is located downtown, its location is perfect for me, in that, the surrounding buildings seem to absorb all the sounds. Here, it is quiet. I was able to rest and truly relax. I spent two nights here and look forward to returning. The staff is warm and inviting, which completed it for me.

Amazing Stay at Rising Sun

Beautiful place to stay. Cleanliness was exceptional. Very comfortable beds. Extra blankets, towels, even a fan were all available Coffee,snacks,and soft drinks provided in your room, as well as microwave and fridge. Our host met us at check-in and oriented us to the home and the city, and graciously had a welcome gift waiting in our room. This was an amazing stay. I recommend it highly.

The Rising Sun Bed & Breakfast was a wonderful place for our trip to Natchez! Michelle welcomed us with an easy check-in process and answered our questions about sights to see in the area. Peaceful, Beautiful, Impeccably Clean, Perfect!

Friendly, very responsive and accommodating hosts - even during a pandemic with local requirements changing daily, the host was knowledgeable and informative upon check-in. Exceptionally clean; beautifully restored (on National Historic Register) and uniquely decorated. The room included all the personal extra touches you may need or desire, from light refreshments and snacks to plenty of extra linens and towels to personal thermostat, dishes, and many trash receptacles. With only one other guest room (across the hall), there are multiple shared parlors, balconies, and patios and it truly felt like we had the entire home to ourselves. Location is spot on (and located on one of the prettiest blocks) and the entire downtown district is very walkable. You will not regret choosing the Rising Sun for your stay in Natchez!

The home is beautiful and very well maintained. It is impeccably clean. After seeing the sites in town it was like going home, not to a room, but home. Drinks and snacks were provided which was and unexpected plus. It is conveniently located. The home was within walking distance of almost everything we wanted to see. The lady that checked us in was very nice and professional. The property owner was great. He made us feel right at home and ensured that we had a great stay.
