Rarely available ONE Marina condo at Palm Cay. 4 bedrooms with 3.5 baths. Upgraded with the high-end Restoration Hardware designer package. Walk out to a large patio with lounge chairs, dining table, and BBQ grill directly on the marina. Includes access to the roof top lounge area with pool. Palm Cay is an incredible community. It's the closest point to the Exumas. 365 islands are yours to explore only 28 miles away! Charters are available from day trips to Rose Island to week long Exumas adventures. You can also bring your own boat. Slips up to 70 feet are available.

The main area of the home is wide open, with a beautiful view of the marina. The entire home has motorized shades. All the furniture and lighting is from Restoration Hardware. Everything is included from pots & pans, glassware, dishes, utensils, towels, etc. You will be staying in a 100% turn-key home. A water filtration system is installed. The entire home is on a generator. All the sports equipment is included in your stay.

You will have access to the entire unit including the roof top lounge area and pool, which is perfect for sunsets. You will also have access to the entire Palm Cay property, including the Palm Cay Beach Club. Wristbands can be picked up at the welcome center for access. The Beach Club charges $20 per person per day for access. Kids under 5 are free. There is a 3 day minimum. I will reimburse your first day Beach Club access fees at the end of your stay. The Palm Cay Beach Club includes lounge chair service, towel service, sunscreen, etc. There is a beach bar, cabanas, adult pool, kids pool, restaurant, watersports, and more.

Palm Cay is a thriving private oceanfront community with full service marina spanning over 69 acres. It's a very safe gated community with security on-site at all times. For those that prefer to stay ashore, Palm Cay offers white sand beaches, a restaurant (The Pink Octopus), a beachfront bar & grill, a dockside cafe (great breakfast spot w/ Starbucks Coffee), a small boutique, multiple swimming pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts (4), fitness center, spa, putting/chipping area, playground, and more. There is always entertainment on weekends at the beach bar/restaurant. A welcome center is available to assist with your stay. Cars are available to rent. A very nice supermarket (Solomons) & liquor store are located less than a mile away.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 3.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Great Condo!

The condo was beautiful and well-stocked! We had eight family members and it was nice to have the space. Derek was very reponsive to all questions. Loved the porch and the roof-top deck/ pool! Very quiet and remote setting - which was great for relaxing. The bikes were a pleasant surprise as the walk to the beach club is a hike. Next time we would rent a golf cart. The beach club and Welcome Office staff need better training on customer service. Rude and non-accommodating. We were told by several owners that they are not pleased with all of the rules that management has put in place. I.e You can’t buy a one day pass to the beach club and/or health club. Has to be three consecutive days. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and appreciated all the condo offeres
