Coco Breeze Studio

Our Private Studio has a Queen Bed with a private Full Our Private Studio has a Queen Bed with a Full Bath. We pride ourselves in keeping tenants safe by offering Camera Surveillance System on the property. The Studio is located on the main road of Sea Breeze. Therefore, the traffic is normally heavy between 7am - 10pm. While freshening your clothes in our on-site laundry room, the kids can roam freely around the enclosed playground and yard. Our clean spacious rooms offers high speed WIFI and basic necessities. We offer a free large parking lot. Alternatively, you can try the public transportation. The tourist spots are twenty minutes away. We have a 16'x4' Round Above Ground Pool with a Ladder to access it. The Pool is semi enclosed by a 4ft Deck with Stairs to relax above the pool. Our Pool hours are 8am-7:30pm for August -October. Closed when Weather doesn't Permit (Rain/Thunder & Lightening). Additional Guest must sign Waiver to access our Pool.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Housekeeping is available on request.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Please stay away from this place because what you see online is not even close to what the actual place is... Seems like Expedia is doing business with them despite knowing there are not good..... I booked my hotel a week in advance and when I got to the Bahamas: No one was available to talk to, no office, no one to call, then I called Expedia and I was given number to the property owner and the person answered had no idea about my reservation.......Called expedia about my refund then I was transfered to a supervicor which in tern hung up the phone and never called back, I am planning on filing a law suit against Expedia to get my money back
