Visiting Family

Came from California to visit family in Nashville area. Went fishing, to the great Nashville Zoo, 5th and Broadway and Geodis Park. Great house for our family of 5 with 3 bedrooms and downstairs den area. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe.

Great location near downtown Nashville and the airport.

Great place, very roomy. Only a 30 minute drive to downtown, 20 minutes to the airport. Lots of eating options with in 10 minutes. The home had two options for seating and chilling out plus the dining table. One shower did not have a shower head so the water basically poured out without any pressure. But we could still get clean.

Great place!

We stayed here with our adult children and grandson and were very impressed. The house was very clean, was more spacious than we anticipated, a nice game room, it was equipped with everything we could need and it was very welcoming. It was easy to access the downtown Mt. Juliet area and it was in a nice neighborhood and felt safe.

Not for Seniors with Limited Mobility

The house was lovely, kitchen well stocked and beds very comfortable. The listing warned that their were steps to get in, but neither of the bathrooms had comfort height toilets or bars to assist getting into and out of the bathtubs. Definitely not recommended for seniors with limited mobility. We were there during a snow event in January - there was no shovel to clear off the porch, steps or drive, nor was their access to any local TV stations to obtain local weather reports.

Dirty

Good Morning I have a couple of things I need to be bring up to you. First is the floors were extremely dirty from day 1. Normally I don’t show people my socks but I showed my husband how dirty they were. Probably about 30 minutes later my son did the same thing to me. The game room has a moldy smell, having screens in the windows would have helped so we could air it out. We did try opening the windows but bugs flew in. Also the fireplace didn’t work. Normally I don’t complain about stuff but I thought you should know. Besides these item we enjoyed being here and being able to spend time with family. This is the response I got. We turn off the fireplace in the summer. All I can say is my cleaning lady mops the floors after each guest, sorry that there was dirt on them. If I could attach the picture I took of our socks I would.

Nice Stay

VRBO was very nice and clean. I had a 6 month old with me and the pack n play was clean and sheets and blankets were available. Really nice place. Only thing I didn't like was that the front door is hung wrong so there is a small gap in the bottom corner and a spider crawled through it.

Welcoming, comfortable property

Our family of 4 were very happy with our stay. Property is exactly as it appears in photos and has lots of welcoming touches. Everything we needed was available, property was clean, and check in was easy.
