Staff was top notch!! Booked with Expedia but hotel charged additional “location” fee $15 a night. Not cool!! Easy walk to downtown for food and entertainment. Construction next door was ridiculous (24 hr crew during the week). Breakfast was awesome!! Bed and pillows provided a great night of sleep (exception of the noise of construction crew).

I enjoyed it very much what I didn’t enjoy was realizing the parking situation 1.5 days before the trip of it’s only valet parking . That’s a huge upcharge of over 400-500 dollars

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff. Nice big breakfast with many choices. Walking distance to Broadway and easy parking with valet service. Will definitely come back on our next trip to Nashville!

Very convenient for Broadway and The Gulch. Beds were super comfy and the room had everything we needed. Breakfast was decent and the manager's reception at 4pm was a great touch for a quick snack. The shower pressure was awful and the "automatic" blind did not work so we had to choose either too light or too dark! The window didn't open at all which made the room a little stuffy.

The bed was really comfortable, not too soft or hard. The breakfast was ok, had a few choices and they changed daily. The room was comfortable, and had a view of an empty lot next door. Since Nashville is a party town, expect noise in the evenings from the neighbors.

Very disappointed the place could be updated they were doing construction outside our window and the air conditioner was terrible it blew cold air then bang off then got hot it kept us all night but the staff and breakfast was very good
