Perfect for our trip!

Property is located in a quiet neighborhood & was easy to get to. Inside was renovated & was very CLEAN! Furniture was minimal and sufficient. Bedrooms were a good size & beds were comfortable. Check in/out was easy. 12/10 recommend. :)

Perfect for small family getaway

Spacious newly renovated house, comfortable beds, updated kitchen and bathrooms, at the end of a quiet street. We had everything we needed as a family of 4. We will plan to stay here again next visit to the Nashville area!

Mother -Daughter Trip

This house was a great place to stay while visiting Nashville. It was away from the hustle and bustle of Nashville but still not too far away. It was an easy drive to the city. It was very clean with comfortable beds and a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Wedding weekend

We were in town for our friends wedding and needed somewhere to stay close to the venue. This house ended up being only 6 minutes away and worked out perfectly. The house was extremely tidy and clean. The beds were so comfortable and we all slept amazing. Matt was super accommodating and quick to respond to messages. We all enjoyed our stay.

Quiet, cozy and peaceful home.

We had an excellent experience at the Craig St. home. Matt-the owner, was always great with communication and quick to respond. The home is located at the end of a quiet street in a neighborhood of mostly well maintained brick homes. The home is immaculately clean. It is minimally and tastefully decorated. It has been updated throughout. The full kitchen is well stocked. The beds are very comfortable and the home is so quiet. We had the most peaceful stay. The owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great!

Great property not far from Nashville

Home was in a nice and quiet neighborhood. House was updated, clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and responded quickly to any questions I had prior to arrival. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay near Nashville area.

Comfortable and Cozy

The beds are very comfortable. We stayed during 95 degree temps outside and the host had the house temp set very comfortable upon arrival! We also arrived after dark so they left the lights on for us. Very clean upstairs. Didn't use basement so cant speak on that. If ever in the area we would stay here again. Very comfortable.

Amazing!!!

The house is absolutely perfect! Very clean and spacious. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly simple. The communication with Matt was absolutely unlike any I have experienced with others. I will definitely stay here again if we back in the area!
